Distillati Levi are produced in Aosta Valley, the smallest region of Italy, located in a corner surrounded by nature, shadowed by the highest European peaks.
Pure air is the finest ingredient of our spirits, produced with great care and quality and with special attention for the terroir.

Raw materials
To produce our spirits, we only use excellent quality raw materials. Fresh marc, wild and hand-picked juniper along the Aosta Valley slopes, raspberries grown into the fields of our region, and top choice fruits are the key of our products.
The sum of the ingredients, with an authentic and genuine taste, and the processing technique, which has been refined during the several years of experience, make our products unique and of a high quality.

Alembic
Located in Aosta Valley together with few other specimens, the alembic of Levi distillery represents the core of the company’s production.
Appropriate to transform the raw materials at their best, thanks to its size and characteristics, our alembic allows us to make high quality products, that are well known and extremely appreciated in the rest of Italy and the world.

The barrique cellar
The barrique cellar Guglielmo Levi, dedicated to the founder of the first distillery in the late 19th century, is the place which hosts and allows the ageing process of our products, in keeping with tradition. Here, the quality of the raw materials and the years of experience come across creating unique products.
Inaugurated in 2016, it is made up of two distinct areas: the first dedicated to the refinement of grappas in barrique, and the other used as a show room or a place for events, debates, courses and meetings.
